In week 10 we were lucky enough to have a visit by world renowned musician and inventor Lindsay Pollak. During this week we gained an insight into the different things he makes as well as have an opportunity to experiment with them ourselves.
As well as showing us his many creations, Lindsay also spoke to us about the origins of his work and how he came up with his many ideas. He also discussed his experiential journey to us and how he had studied abroad to gain the knowledge he has today.
In one of his sessions Lindsay showed us how he used looping in his compositions and how to operate the software that he used. In addition to this we were also given a chance to operate the looping software and input our own ideas which was a fantastic experience.
